The Journal tab lets you document personal notes, feedback, or agreements. It also works as a tool for communication between employee and manager to record progress, feedback, or individual observations.

In the My Profile → Journal tab, you can:
View entries: See all your existing journal entries, e.g. feedback, personal notes, or goal agreements.
Add your own entries: Record your thoughts, moods, feedback, or important events. Click “Add entry” to create a new journal entry.
Edit or delete entries: You can change or remove existing entries later on.
The journal is your personal reflection tool and supports transparent, ongoing communication between employee and manager.
