The Your Company → Time Off area is the central place for managing all time off processes in your company. It lets you record vacation requests digitally, manage approvals, and keep track of available vacation days. Managers can handle vacation planning while considering business workload, and employees can plan and manage their absences on their own.

Every employee has their own vacation account with a set yearly allowance. Adjustments, like joining mid-year or changes in entitlements, are calculated automatically on a pro-rata basis.
