The Sales → Estimates area gives Sales a central overview of which estimates are currently out there – and with that, what revenue potential could theoretically be realized.

The overview helps you keep track of open estimates, prioritize sales opportunities, and see the total of all estimates in progress. Both project estimates (connected to projects) and express estimates (created, for example, from tickets) can be shown.
More about project estimates here: Projects – Documents Tab (Single Projects Only)
More about express estimates here: Express Estimates
The Estimates area can be shown in two different views:

Ideal for tabular evaluations with lots of columns.
Here you can sort and filter offers by organization, project, offer status, type, creator, price and other criteria.
Columns can be shown or hidden, rearranged or saved by custom filters.
Your own views can be saved and reused – for example, grouped by region, person responsible or offer status.
The view can also be pinned to the dashboard to access current offer statuses quickly.

The Kanban view is the clearer and more practical version for everyday sales.
Here all offers are grouped as cards by their status – for example:
Draft (Draft)
Waiting for Approval (Approval pending)
Pending (Under review)
Accepted (Accepted)
Final (Finalized)
Each column (“Lane”) represents a quote stage.

At the top of each lane, sums for the price components of the offers inside are calculated automatically:
Fixed Price – Total of all fixed prices in this offer phase
Subscriptions – Total of all recurring prices (e.g. monthly or yearly subs)
Per Unit – Total of per unit prices (e.g. price per user or workspace)

At the top of the board, you'll also see a total sum across all offers – so basically the whole potential sales volume.
This view gives you a direct overview of the pipeline and helps you see ongoing offers, possible deals, and sales potential at a glance.
Leadtime distinguishes between two types of offers:
Project offers: Offers directly linked to a bigger project
Express offers: Quick offers connected to single tickets or ad-hoc services.
You can use filters or saved views to show both types either separately or together.
More about project offers here: Projects – Documents Tab (Single Projects Only)
More about express offers here: Express Offers
You can always create offers directly from the general offer overview. But because project offers are usually set up in detail – with products, project modules, and custom items – it's recommended to create offers directly in the respective project. This way, all offer details are automatically linked with the project data.
When you click + Add Estimate, a dialog opens with these main fields:

Project version: Select the project version the offer refers to
Type: Document type (Estimate, Specification, Custom Editor)
Status: Current processing status (Draft, Pending, Accepted etc.)
Title / Description: Title and short description of the offer
Contact person: Contact person on the client side
On the right side, all services or products with prices are listed.
Each row contains:
Name and Category (e.g. Service or Subscription)
Quantity / Unit
Fixed price, Subscription price and any discounts
Total amount (Total)
Using Save & Download you can export the quote as a PDF.
