You can find this under Administration → Workspace Settings → General Settings.
This section lets you set up key parameters for your workspace. The settings are split into three sections: Basic settings, Presence and Pipeline.

Here you set up the general rules for your workspace:
Default language: German or English. This setting applies for new users. Each user can adjust their own language in the profile.
Brand color: Pick an accent color (HEX code) that matches your brand. In various views of the app, internal projects will show up in your house color.
Country of operation: Sets the country of your company.
Time zone: Defines the location for time info, e.g. Europe/Berlin (GMT+01:00).

Here you control how working hours are logged and evaluated in the system.
Clock in and out:
Simplified: Working hours are calculated automatically based on target times.
Full: Employees actively clock in at the start and end of the workday.
Thresholds: Set when a time entry is considered 'good' or 'bad' by percentage. These values affect color coding on the team calendar.
Standard working hours: Set standard start and end times (e.g., 9:00–17:00).
Reminder for time tracking: Choose after how many minutes of inactivity the tracker reminds you to resume.
About Attendance tracking (clock in and out)

The pipeline is the key tool for short-term capacity planning.

Start day: Defines on which day of the week the pipeline starts (e.g. Monday or Tuesday).
Time period: Determines the time span for which capacity is planned—usually one or two weeks.
About the pipeline

In Leadtime, journals are used to document events, notes, or observations for specific objects—like employees, projects, or organizations.
With this setting, you can define which users will get notified when a new journal entry is created or saved.
