The search function in Leadtime makes it easier to quickly find content and functions within the application. It allows you to search for specific tasks, projects or time tracking entries with just a few clicks or keyboard shortcuts.
Access to the search function
Search field in the header: The search function is located in the header of the application and is identified by a magnifying glass icon. Clicking on the icon opens the search bar.
Keyboard shortcuts: You can also quickly open the search function using the following keyboard shortcuts:
- Mac: CMD + K
- PC: CTRL + K
Using the search function
Free text search: Simply enter a search term, such as "time", and Leadtime will display relevant results sorted by categories such as "tasks", "navigation" or "time tracking".
Quick navigation: Use the search bar to directly access specific areas such as the team calendar or time expenses without having to navigate through multiple menus.
Perform actions: In addition to searching for content, you can also select direct actions such as "Book times" or "Start time tracker" via the search bar.
With the integrated search function, you can make your workflow more efficient and save time by quickly accessing the information you need and executing actions directly.
