🟥 Guide to the notification system: Access, administration and settings for notifications.
This text is a reference. What types of text are available?
Leadtime's notification system ensures that you are always kept up to date with important events and tasks. It is accessible via the bell icon in the header area of the application and provides you with a central overview of all relevant notifications.
Access to notifications

Bell icon: You can access the notification system by clicking on the bell icon in the header (top right).
Visual notifications: If there are new notifications, a red dot appears on the bell icon. This indicates that there are unread notifications that require your attention.
Functions of the notification panel

Clicking on the bell icon opens a side panel on the right-hand side of the application. All unread notifications are clearly displayed here.
View and manage notifications: In the panel, you can view notifications directly and access the corresponding tasks or projects by clicking on them if required. This makes it easier to quickly switch to relevant content.
Mark all as read: By clicking on "Mark all as read", you can quickly manage notifications and clear the panel.
Additional functions

1. customization of the notification settings
Gear icon: The gear icon in the side panel takes you directly to the notification settings on your profile page.

- Email notifications: Here you can specify whether you would like to receive email summaries in addition to in-app notifications.
- Push notifications: Activate this option to receive notifications directly as push messages in your browser. Note: For push notifications to work, they must be activated in the browser settings for the Leadtime app URL.
The notification system ensures that you and your team are always informed about all relevant activities in your Leadtime application and do not miss any important updates.
2. show all notifications

The "Show all" icon at the top of the side panel takes you to a separate details page. This shows not only the unread notifications, but all previous notifications so that you always have an overview.
