Tasks tab
🟥 Brief overview of the "Tasks" tab
This text is a reference. What types of text are there?
In the "Tasks" tab within a project, you will find a list view in Leadtime that can be used to clearly display and manage all tickets in the project.
Purpose of the list view

The list view is used to keep track of a large number of tasks. Especially in complex customer projects with many work packages, it is indispensable for filtering by task, keeping track of the current status and processing prioritized topics.
Functions and customizations
- Search field: Search the list for terms or formulations.
- Filter: Apply any number of filters to columns such as status, author or priority.
- Customize columns: Use the cogwheel to show and hide or reorder columns.
- Sorting: Tasks can be sorted by creation date or priority, for example - in ascending or descending order.
Saving views
Once you have filtered or sorted a task, you can save it as a separate view - for yourself or for the whole team. For example, you can access a view that only shows tickets with a high priority or certain task types with a single click.
Note
Each list view can also be displayed as a Kanban board if desired - ideal for the visual control of workflows.
