The team calendar in Leadtime provides a central overview of the time bookings of all team members and enables managers to comprehensively monitor attendance and working times. Access is via the Schedule menu item, where the team calendar is located. Three main views are available here:

Attendance

The attendance view shows the time spent at the workplace by individual team members. This view uses colored markers to quickly assess the quality of attendance:

  • Red indicates critical or severely patchy attendance.
  • Orange indicates partially incomplete but still acceptable attendance.
  • Green indicates complete and appropriate attendance.

This color coding makes it easier for managers to identify potential problem cases at a glance and take action if necessary.

Time recording

In the time tracking view, the booked times on tasks and tickets are displayed in detail, regardless of the total attendance time. This view is useful for identifying gaps in time tracking and ensuring that all team members are accurately recording their working hours.
