Time recording
🟥 The Time recording tab is used to check and analyze the working times recorded by the employee in the selected period.
This text is a reference. What text types are available?
The Time Tracking tab in the "Employees" section provides a detailed view of the working hours recorded by the employee and allows managers to review this data. Managers get an overview of the tracked time, can select specific time periods, filter the data and group it in different ways to monitor an employee's productivity and time utilization.

- Time period selection
There are three predefined shortcut buttons to select the time period:
This month: Shows all working times of the current month.
Lastmonth: Displays all working times of the previous month.
All: Displays all working times that have ever been recorded.
In addition, a user-defined selection of the period is possible via a date selection.
- Filter options
The time tracking data can be filtered according to certain criteria, for example by project, to analyze how much time the employee has tracked for a specific project within the selected time period.
- Total amount of recorded time
The total amount of recorded hours for the selected period is displayed above the table.
- Table sorting
The sorting of the table can be adjusted in ascending or descending order according to various criteria, such as date.
- Customizing the table view
- Group by: The table can be grouped by days, weeks or months.
- Column selection: Columns can be added or removed to customize the view to your own needs.
- Save view: After customizing the table, filter settings and groupings can be saved as a new view to be called up again later.
The table can be customized using the gear icon:
- Percentage display of recorded hours
- In the grouping by days, weeks or months, the percentage of recorded hours is displayed in the table. For example, 113 %, which corresponds to 9 hours if the employee should actually book 8 hours according to the contract.
- A mouseover on the percentage value shows how many hours were recorded and how many hours should have been recorded according to the contract.
