Customize the appearance of the workspace
In the workspace settings under the "Appearance" tab, you can customize the visual appearance of your Leadtime workspace to match your brand and style. Here you not only define the color scheme, but also your own logos for light and dark themes.
Note: Every user can set an individual color scheme for themselves. This is done via the profile settings
Color scheme
Leadtime offers a selection of predefined color schemes that are shown to their best advantage in both light and dark mode. There is a choice:
- Standard (Leadtime Pink)
- black
- red
- Pink
- orange
- green
- blue
- Yellow
- Purple
Note: If you do not upload your own logo, the Leadtime logo automatically adapts to the selected color scheme.
Insert logo
You can easily integrate your branding by uploading your own logo. Two variants can be defined:
Logo type | Use |
Standard logo | For light themes (e.g. white backgrounds) |
Logo for dark themes | For dark mode (logo with white font) |
Logo tip:
- Recommended size: 1000 x 260 pixels
- Format: PNG with transparent background
The logo is displayed at the top left of the workspace above the navigation menu and thus ensures a continuous visual brand presence.
Saving
Click on "Save" to apply your settings and make them immediately visible to all users.
