In this area you can customize the appearance of the documents created by Leadtime.

Which documents does Leadtime generate?
Leadtime generates the following document types:

Setting options
You can currently customize the font and logo used in the documents.
Font
There are seven fonts to choose from:
- Inter: A neutral, modern font, the system's default font.
- Roboto: Clear, geometric shapes, often used in modern user interfaces.
- Arimo: A friendly, professional sans-serif font.
- Open Sans: Popular for websites, easy to read and neutral.
- PT Sans: Offers a harmonious balance between tradition and modernity.
- Oswald: Striking and perfect for headlines.
- EB Garamond: Classic and elegant, ideal for formal documents.
Logo
You can also upload your own company logo, which will then appear on the documents. If you do not enter your own logo, Leadtime automatically uses your own logo.
By clicking on the Show document settings button, you can download a test document and check how your settings work.
Project document settings
The following elements affect all project documents, including quotations, specifications and document templates.
Include title page | Documents are output with a title page by default |
Include table of contents | Documents are output with a table of contents by default |
Activate draft mode | Documents are provided with a large "DRAFT" watermark |
Background image for specifications
The title page of specifications can have a background image. You can upload this here. A format of 820 x 600 is recommended.
Offer background image
The title page of quotations can have a background image. You can upload it here. A format of 820 x 600 is recommended.
User-defined editor background
The title page of documents created with the document template system can have a background image. You can upload this here. A format of 820 x 600 is recommended.
The project document settings can be individualized at organization level for a single business partner.
