🟥 Description of the "My profile" area
This text is a reference. What types of text are there?
Introduction
The My Profile area in Leadtime allows you to manage your personal data and work-related information independently. This area is specially designed for employees and offers a clear structure for keeping track of important information such as vacations, sick notes or overtime.

You can access the My Profile area via your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the application. As soon as you click on it, the menu opens and you are taken to your personal profile. The section is divided into six different tabs, which are explained in detail below.
Account tab
In the Account tab, you can make basic settings for your profile:

Avatar
Here you have the option of uploading a personal profile picture to increase your visibility and recognition in the system. Click on the "Upload file" button and select a suitable picture.
Language
The language of the application can be changed here. Choose between the available options German or English.
Workspace color
Each user can choose from nine predefined color schemes for their account, which are shown to their best advantage in both light and dark mode. The following colors are available:
Standard (Leadtime Pink), Black, Red, Pink, Orange, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple
Note: A default color can be set in the workspace settings, which applies if the user has not selected their own color.
Password
You can update your personal password at any time. To do this, click on "Change password", enter your current password and the new password and confirm the change.
Notifications
E-mail notifications: Activate this option to receive regular emails about relevant events in your workspace, e.g. new tasks or upcoming deadlines.
Push notifications: This function sends notifications directly to your device. To activate this option, you must grant permission for push notifications in your browser.
Personal data
The Personal data section in the "My profile" tab is used to manage your basic personal information and your bank details. Here you can keep your contact details up to date and ensure that important details are stored correctly in the system. The interface is clearly structured and divided into two main sections:

Personal data
Here you can enter and manage basic information about yourself:
- Title: enter academic or professional titles here, if available (e.g. Dr., MBA).
- Degree: Enter your highest educational qualification.
- Email: Your business email address that will be used for notifications and communication.
- First name and last name: Your full names as they should be stored in the company.
- Country: Select your country from the drop-down list.
- Zip code, city, street and house number: Detailed address for internal purposes or documentation.
- Date of birth: Enter your date of birth using the calendar function.
- Telephone: Your telephone number so that you can be reached quickly if necessary.
- After entering or updating the data, click on Save to save the changes.
Bank details
- In this section you can enter your bank details if this is necessary for payroll accounting or refunds.
- Account holder: Your full name as registered on the bank account.
- IBAN: International Bank Account Number for bank transfers.
- Bank: Name of the bank where your account is held.
- BIC: Bank Identifier Code for international transactions.
To make changes to the bank details, click Unblock and enter the updated information. Do not forget to save your entries.
3. vacations
Here you will find everything you need to know about your vacation planning:
Vacationoverview: an overview of your remaining vacation days, approved vacations as well as rejected requests.
Request vacation: Submit a new vacation request directly. Select the desired days and send the request to your line manager.
Statistics: See how many vacation days you have already taken in the current year or how many days are still available.
Corrections: Supervisors can adjust your vacation account up or down if necessary - for example, if you have vacation days paid out instead of taking them. You can track all changes to your leave account chronologically in the corrections log.
Vacationhistory: A list of your past vacations
4. sick days
This tab allows you to manage your sick days:
Past sick days: View all previous sick days that have been recorded in the system.
New sick note: Upload a sick bill here or inform your employer about a case of illness. Select the days affected and add relevant documents.
5. overtime

You can track your working time balance in the Overtime tab:
Overtime overview: see how many overtime hours you currently have in your account.
Compensation: If overtime has been compensated, e.g. through additional days off, this is documented here.
6. journal

The Journal tab serves as a communication tool between you and your supervisor:
View entries: View journal entries that have been approved for you, e.g. target agreements or feedback.
Add your own entries: If you want to record concerns or information, you can create your own entries for your line manager to see.
