In Leadtime, users can upload their own symbols and use them in a variety of ways in their workspace. Symbols and emojis make information clearer and facilitate the overview. For example, specific symbols on the title of a ticket can make its meaning or status immediately recognizable.
Administration/Workspace settings/Custom icons
Add icons
To add a custom icon, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Custom icons.
- Click on Add.
- Upload an image as a symbol.
- Give the icon a unique name.
- Click on Save to add the icon to your workspace.
The new icon is then available to all users in your workspace and can be used in tickets or documents.
