Organization Settings / General tab

Basic information

• Icon: Select an icon for the visual representation of the organization. This makes it easier to quickly identify the organization in the system.

• Name: The full name of the organization is used in all areas in which the organization is involved.

• Short name: An abbreviation of the organization name. This short name is displayed in the application if space is limited.

• Type: Select the organization type (e.g. "Customer", "Partner" or "Supplier").

• Legal form: Defines the legal form of the organization (e.g. GmbH, AG, e.V.).

• Color: Assign a color to the organization - ideally the brand color. This enables a quick visual assignment of elements to the respective organization in the application.

• Logo: Upload the organization's logo to personalize the view.

• Description: A text field for a detailed description of the organization, usable for internal notes or general explanations.

Contact details

• Country: Select the country in which the organization is based.

• City: The city in which the organization is based.

• Postal code: The postal code of the organization's headquarters.

• Street: The street where the organization is located.

• House number: The house number of the organization.

• Telephone number: The organization's telephone number for contact requests.

• E-mail: The organization's official email address.

• Fax number: Optional field for the organization's fax number.

• Website: The URL of the organization's official website can be entered here.

Legal information

• Tax number: The organization's official tax number.

• Register number: The number under which the organization is entered in the commercial register.

• Register court: The competent court at which the organization is registered.
