Employees can be assigned to one or more teams, which simplifies organization and allows multiple employees to be assigned to projects at the same time.

The team structure is integrated throughout the application - from pipeline planning to other areas where teams serve as assignment units.

The statistical evaluations are also based on the team structure and provide detailed insights into the performance of the various teams.

Elements of the view

Main view: Team list

List of teams: Displays all teams created in the system.

  • Name: The name of the team used for organization and assignment.
  • Users: Number of team members belonging to this team.
  • Edit icon: Allows you to edit the team details (name, icon, members).
  • Delete icon: Removes the team from the system.

Create team: Clicking on the "+ Create team" button opens the dialog to create a new team.

  • Icon: An icon can be selected here to represent the team and appear visually in the application.
  • Name: The name of the team that you want to use for grouping the employees.
  • Add members:
    • User field: Allows you to add users to a team by entering their name or selecting them from a list. Several users can be added at the same time.
    • Users can be added or removed at a later date.

How the teams work

  • Teams make it possible to manage employees in groups and assign them to projects or tasks.
  • They can be used in different areas of the application to facilitate planning and evaluation by team.
  • Teams also affect reports and statistical evaluations, making it easier to analyze performance data by group.

This feature is designed to structure work in larger organizations and enable more efficient assignments and clearer evaluation of employee performance.
