Wage benchmark

The Wage Bench mark block shows a graphical representation of how the employee's salary compares to the salaries of other employees in the company. This graph is used to give team leaders or managing directors a quick overview of whether the employee is being paid fairly compared to their colleagues.

Purpose: The purpose of the salary benchmark is to ensure that there are no significant inequalities in the company's salary structure, which contributes to employee satisfaction and retention.

The Salary block documents all past salary changes and offers the possibility to plan new salary increases or adjustments.

Plan salary increase: Clicking on the Plan button opens a dialog in which a new start date and the new salary for the employee can be specified. These planned salary changes are visualized in a graphical representation so that the progression of salary development over time can be easily tracked.

All additional payments that are not directly part of the monthly salary are documented in the bonus payments block. This can be, for example, an overtime payment, a performance bonus or a special payment.

  • Add bonus: Clicking on the Add button opens a dialog in which the user can specify the date of the bonus, the amount and the reason for the payment. Bonus payments can also be subsequently edited or deleted.
  • Purpose: Bonus payments make it possible to reward special employee performance and to react flexibly to unusual situations, such as special payments for project successes or overtime pay.
