This area is linked to your company's 👉 product catalog. All products and services that your company offers as standard are managed in the product catalog. The range includes both physical products such as hardware and intangible services such as software, consulting days or workshops. In the workspace settings, you can divide these offers into suitable product categories, which gives you a better overview.

Functions of the product settings:

Add product category: You can create new product categories using the "Add category" button. You can enter a name and description for each category to clarify its purpose. You can also select or upload an icon to visually represent the category.

  • Store translations: For multilingual companies, it is possible to store category names and descriptions in different languages. This allows you to ensure that your categories are clearly named in both German and English. This option is particularly useful if your customers or employees work in different language regions.
  • Edit and delete categories: Categories that have already been created can be adjusted or deleted at any time. You can use the icons next to the respective category to make changes or remove categories that are no longer required.
  • Restore default: If adjustments to the user-defined categories are no longer required, you can use the "Restore default" function to restore the original, predefined categories from Leadtime.
